Terms and Conditions for Yoga Classes By registering for and attending yoga classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Health and Safety **Health Disclosure:** You agree to inform the instructor of any health conditions, injuries, physical limitations, or pregnancy that may affect your ability to participate safely in yoga classes. This includes, but is not limited to, cardiovascular conditions, joint problems, recent surgeries, chronic pain, or any other medical concerns. **Personal Responsibility:** You acknowledge that yoga involves physical activity and carries inherent risks. You are solely responsible for: - Practicing within your own physical limits and capabilities - Listening to your body throughout the class - Accepting or declining modifications offered by the instructor as appropriate for your individual needs - Stopping or resting at any time if you feel discomfort, pain, or unwell The instructor will offer modifications and guidance, but the ultimate decision to follow, modify, or abstain from any pose or exercise rests entirely with you. **Medical Advice:** Yoga classes are not a substitute for medical care. If you have any concerns about your ability to participate, please consult with your healthcare provider before attending classes. Payment and Attendance Policy **Course Structure:** Classes are offered as a 6-week course that must be paid for in full upon registration. **Minimum Enrollment:** The course is subject to minimum enrolment numbers. If insufficient registrations are received, the instructor reserves the right to cancel the course. In this event, all participants will receive a full refund of their course fees. **No Refunds:** Once the course has commenced with sufficient enrolment, payment is non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for classes you are unable to attend, regardless of the reason for absence. By registering, you accept responsibility for the full course fee whether or not you attend all sessions. **Missed Classes:** There is no provision for makeup classes or transfers to future courses for missed sessions. General Terms By attending classes, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
